All of our instructors teach a wide range of classes at each NRG location, helping to keep you motivated.

If you need a little extra help, we can organise Personal Training sessions at the location nearest you to give you the jump start onto a fitness regime that works for your body type; fitness level and schedule, allowing you to incorporate a regime into your daily life to maximise your results.

Personal Training sessions are a terrific way of helping you focus, as our instructors will perform a complete assessment and then carefully tailor a customised program designed especially for you.

They will then work with you to help you go that extra mile; showing you correct form and technique; helping you monitor your progress and showing you how to add to your workouts to gradually increase your fitness in a safe, healthy and effective way.
