Kettle Bells

This class works on strength, conditioning, endurance, cardio and fitness work. See more muscle tone and defination.

Zumba is a great cardiovascular workout. Its and exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin inspired, calorie-burning dance thats moving millions of people toward joy and health.

 
 

TRX Suspension Training

TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

 
 

Yoga Pilates

This class focuses on physical posture, breathing techniques and alignment whilst moving through a series of classical yoga positions. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 
 

Core

Is a strengthening class working on the core muscles which run the length of the trunk and torso.  When they contract they stabilize the spine, pelvis and shoulder girdle and create a solid base of support.  A strong core distributes the stresses of weight-bearing and protects the lower back.

 
 

Hard Core Pump

Barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 45 minute workout challanges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room excerises like squats, pressses, lifts, and curls, Great music & instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast.

 
 

Spinning

This is a 45 minute heart pumping indoor cycle class. Specially designed stationary bikes allow for speed cycling and hill climbs. Guaranteed to get you sweating and burning lots of calories.

 
 

Boxercise

A 45 minute workout using boxing techniques to get your cardiovascular system working. You will be taken through some body toning exercises to finish the intense session.

 
 

Bootcamp

Intervals of high intensity cardio including: rebounding, kickboxing, basic step power moves, plyometrics plus more. Alternating with resistance training including free weights, medicine balls, body weight resistance training. Take the challange.

 
 

Pre Natal Fitness Class

Our prenatal class helps you better prepare for delivery and the demands of motherhood. Numerous studies have shown the benefits of exercise during pregnancy, and our programming is fully compliant with the latest American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology guidelines.

Post Natal Fitness Class

Post Natal classes are designed to get your body in shape after your bundle of jjoy arrives. All fitness levels are catered for in this class.

FAQ: I have recently given birth, when can I start excerising again ?

Non surgical births: wait 6 weeks
C-Sections: wait 10 weeks
Your doctor must give you the go ahead to begin an exercise programme.

 

 
 

GYM & POOL CHECKLIST

 

  •  Always wear proper gym clothes and runners
  •  Always bring a water bottle - you will need it
  •  Bring a towel with you into classes and the gym to use on machines and mats
  •  Spray and wipe down gym equipment after using it
  •  Swimming caps must be worn in the pool
  •  Know your swimming pool etiquette - Lane swimmers only in the lanes,           no diving or jumping into the pool.
  • Shower before entering pool, jacuzzi, tylarium, sauna, steam room.
