This class focuses on physical posture, breathing techniques and alignment whilst moving through a series of classical yoga positions. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 CLASS DETAILS

 



BODY BLITZ

Works all the main muscle groups with light weights, toning and shaping the body whilst burning away body fat, with aid of medicine ball.

 


 

ABS BLAST

A short intense workout which consists of the class completing a number of exercises which provide a workout to the abdominal and oblique regions of the stomach.

 


 

BURN & SHAPE

This class includes a basic aerobic warm up and will alternate with rebounding & studio pump which focuses on all the body muscles, giving a good overall toning to the body.

 


 

BODYBALL

Body ball class is to strengthen the core which is the middle region of the body that is involved in most movement. The class will also involve upper and lower body toning.

 


 

NRG BOXERCISE

A safe, fun, effective and energetic class using boxing gloves and pads. Exercises include; punches jabs, hooks and uppercuts. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 


 

RUNNING CLUB

This class involves you leaving the leisure centre and taking to the road for a one hour endurance run. It will be run at a general level, more likely to suit a running beginner.

 


 

STEP & TONE

In this class you will be taken through an hour of Step Aerobics and body conditioning. Prepare to sweat it out mid session with step routines, followed by some toning exercises and a cool down.

 


 

AQUA FIT AEROBICS

This is a 60 minute class which takes place in the NRG pool, which tones and works out the cardiovascular system. This is a great class for people with joint problems or recovering after an injury.

 


 

ADVANCED SPIN

A class for the spinners who need that extra push! A 60-minute session on the bike climbing steep hills and sprinting long roads. Advanced class recommended for regular spinners.


 

YOGA

BODY CONDITIONING

Want to be a stronger skier, a faster runner, better cyclist and/or just improve your strength and stamina for everyday activities? Then this class will suit you as it focuses on strength, endurance and agility.

Creating strength and relaxation for body and mind, this class improves posture and mobility.

 


 

SPINNING

This is a 30 minute heart pumping indoor cycle class. Specially designed stationary bikes allow for speed cycling and hill climbs. Guaranteed to get you sweating and burning lots of calories.

 


 

B0OT CAMP

A great way to improve cardio-vascular fitness and tone up in the outdoors. Using Med balls & agility ladders. Max training with Max fun factor! Adding your favorite exercises lunges, push ups and lots more! Non-members & Members both welcome

 


 

ZUMBA

A fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting & effective fitness system. Ditch that workout and join the party!

 


 

GYM & POOL CHECKLIST

•    Always wear proper gym clothes and runners
•    Always bring a water bottle to spinning classes - you will need it
•    Bring a towel with you into the gym to wipe down equipment after using it
•    Swimming caps must be worn in the pool
•    Know your swimming pool etiquette - Lane swimmers only in the lanes please
