This resource which runs Friday from 09:45-12:15 and Tuesday/Thursday from 9.15am – 11.15am is priced very reasonably at €3 for 1 hr or €5 for two hours per child. Knowing that this facility is readily available for members takes the pressure off parents looking for a babysitter. Mum & Baby Swimming

Learning to swim can start at any age, however 4 to 8 months is the perfect time to start formal swimming lessons. The most important swimming objectives are to teach baby breath control on command, submerge baby underwater, free float baby without ingesting water and back floats. Extending baby’s breath control becomes important to progress the baby’s swimming ability. Early swimming allows baby to become increasingly independent in the water and capable of performing water safety skills such as turning underwater and even returning to the side of the pool.

Mum & Toddler Gymnastics 1-3years

Relays, games and gymnastics lead to improved strength, flexibility, manipulative skills and eye-hand co-ordination. Listening and comprehension skills improve as we increase structures and add the basics of gymnastics and tumbling. Child will gain self confidence with the help of their parent involvement.

Zumba

A fun energetic dance which incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa and mambo originally created by Colombian dance

NRG Refund Policy -  We only offer a refund on membership/junior classes for medical reasons and must drop a medical letter into reception
