 CLASS DETAILS

 

 

BODY ATTACK

This energetic class is designed to facilitate cardiovascular fitness as well as redefine the upper and lower body.  It combines a balance of high and low impact aerobic moves and finishes with a cool down and stretch.

   
 

NRG PUMP

Works all the main muscle groups with light weights, toning and shaping the body whilst burning away body fat.

 
 

BODY BIKE

This is a 45 minute heart pumping indoor cycle class. Specially designed stationary bikes allow for speed cycling and hill climbs. Guaranteed to get you sweating and burning lots of calories.

 
 

TAE BO

Using the technique of martial arts and boxing combined to give you an aerobic workout. Punch, kick, uppercut, jab and round house kick make up just one of the many combinations used in class. This class is more of an advanced class, but a few weeks practice and you'll be up to speed.

 
 

STEP 'N TONE / STEP & SCULPT

In these classes you will be taken through an hour of Step Aerobics and body conditioning. Prepare to sweat it out mid session with step routines, followed by some toning exercises and a cool down.

 
 

AQUA FIT AEROBICS

This is a 60 minute class which takes place in the NRG pool, which tones and works out the cardiovascular system. This is a great class for people with joint problems or recovering after an injury.

 
 

PILATES

Creating strength and relaxation for body and mind, these classes improves posture and mobility.

 

CARDIO PILATES

It is an invigorating fusion of classic Pilates movements and fat-burning cardio exercises. Cardio Pilates is proven to deliver a satisfying workout with strengthening, body-shaping effects that have made Pilates one of today’s most popular fitness techniques.
 

 
 

NRG CYCLE

This is a 60 minute heart pumping indoor cycle class where 45 minutes is spent on the specially designed stationary bikes which allow for speed cycling and hill climbs. The remaining 15 minutes involves abs toning and strengthening and a cool down.

 
 

B0XERCISE / BOX & FIT

A 60 minute workout using boxing techniques to get your cardiovascular system working. You will be taken through some body toning exercises to finish these intense sessions.

 
 

ZUMBA / ZUMBA REGGAETON CIRCUIT

Get a great cardiovascular workout while learning new dance moves.

 
 

GYM & POOL CHECKLIST

•    Always wear proper gym clothes and runners
•    Always bring a water bottle to spinning classes - you will need it
•    Bring a towel with you into the gym to wipe down equipment after using it
•    Swimming caps must be worn in the pool
•    Know your swimming pool etiquette - Lane swimmers only in the lanes please
