Personal Training

All of our instructors teach a wide range of classes at each NRG leisure club location, helping to keep you motivated.
If you need a little extra help, we can organise Personal Training sessions at the gym location nearest to you to give you the jump start onto a fitness regime that works for you, your body type; fitness level and schedule, allowing you to incorporate a regime into your daily life to maximise your fitness results.
