Strength & Conditioning is a method of improving muscular strength by gradually increasing the ability
to resist force through the use of free weights, machines, or the person’s own body weight. Strength & Conditioning training can provide improvements in overall health and wellbeing. Benefits include increased general strength, improvements in joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased metabolism and improved cardiac function.
At NRG Health & Fitness our qualified instructors will design programs to target all major muscle groups. Programs are monitored and updated on a 6 week basis to impose increasingly greater resistance or repetitions, which in turn stimulates development of muscle strength to meet the added demand.
