This membership caters for everyone. We have something to suit each individual. Whether you are a beginner or someone very used to the gym, we will provide you with an option to suit you.
If you find yourself wanting to skip your workout, having a fitness buddy can help you stick to the plan. When you have someone expecting you, you’ll be more inclined to show up to your workout. This can work both ways. On days your partner wants to sit out, you can motivate them to work out with you!
While college can be a lot of fun, it can also be extremely stressful. One of the best and most healthy ways to relieve stress is through exercise. For example, if you have a big exam coming up and have been studying all day, it is likely that you can have a high level of stress and be fairly tense. By doing something as simple as going for a 20 minute run, the stress can be naturally released and tenseness decreased.
Start your little one’s on the right foot. Children under 4 are FREE. Children that are 4 or over have a extremely cheap NRG rate where they will have access to our pool during the kids hours. they must be supervised by an adult at all times. All children who are NRG members have discounts to NRG Junior!
Golden (Over 60’s) Membership

Off Peak Gym Membership is available to members who are using the gym during the hours 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday and anytime at the weekend.
Depending on which club you choose, we may have a corporate membership in place for your company.
Pool Only Membership
If you have no interest in using our gym facilities, the best option for you is a pool only membership where you will still have access to our pool, sauna, hot tub, Jacuzzi & steam room!
