Free Classes

All NRG fitness clubs have purpose built fitness studios, which are fully air conditioned and have up to date studio equipment for our free fitness classes.  If your fitness regime feels a little mundane or you feel you need an extra push, then join in one of our fitness classes where you will have a huge variety to choose from and let our fully qualified studio instructors insure that you get a safe and enjoyable workout.

From Toning to Cardio or Sports specific to relaxation, we have a fitness class to suit you.  There is no extra cost for classes and all classes are designed for all levels of fitness. Please consult the timetable for our current schedule.

Step & Tone

Step classes are one of the most popular forms of aerobic workout. These classes have been around for over 30 years and seem to be becoming increasingly popular once again! Step & Tone classes are great for burning calories, losing weight, building lower body strength and improving your cardiovascular system as well as improving your coordination, balance and flexibility.Classes are completely adjustable to your ability. The toning part of our classes involve the use of weight training which are great burners after your cardiovascular workout!

Spinning also known as indoor cycling is a great cardiovascular workout and can also tone your body. If you are looking to burn calories, this is the class for you! Be prepared for an enjoyable cycle through the depths of our motivating spin music. Cycling does not have to be boring! Our polar spin classes include heart rate monitors to help you even further on your spin journey!

These classes give you a total body workout using spinning bikes, resistance training and core exercises. A great overall body workout! This class is for all levels of fitness and is a great indicator class to help you decide your class preferences!

Pilates

Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Pilates classes in NRG are for ALL levels! This class is low impact & is full of controlled movements.

This circuit style class is perfect to work your whole body from head to toe! Move from station to station and be put through your paces by our experienced class instructors. This class is inspired by military training to get you into tip top shape! A wide variety of equipment can be used in this class such as barbells, dumbells, trx, kettlebells, battleropes, bosu balls and much more.

TRX 

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. NRG TRX classes are great for all levels whether you are beginner or more advanced. Our trainers will give you an exercise to suit you!

Metafit

This class is not designed for the faint hearted! This metabolic workout works your total body, spikes metabolism and ensures you are worked to your extreme limits. We dare you to try it!

Boxercise

Get all the anger & frustration out of you in this intense class designed to work your heart as well as your total body! You do not have to be a pro to b ein this class, it is for everyone!
