Working out together

Look Good:

Staying attracted to your partner in all the ways that matter throughout a lifetime is possible, you simply need to figure out how to do it.

So , you wonder, how can we improve our relationship and maintain our  good looks as well ? That’s easy; start working out together.

By exercising together, not to mention building better bodies together, you will start to communicate more adequately and maintain a physical attraction for one another that’ll last well past the honeymoon.

If you don’t know it by now, exercise, much like sex, stimulates the release of endorphins in the brain, which provides a natural “high,” so to speak. So you’ll feel great exercising and you’ll feel even greater watching how good you both look while doing it.

Build Trust:

Lifting weights

When lifting weights, one of you should always spot the other (make sure your partner maintains proper form and can handle the weight being lifted). This will help build another level of trust. As well, you’ll see that pushing each other to the limits and working up a serious sweat whilst doing so, will push your attraction for each other.

Aerobic exercise

Whether you’re spinning, running, jogging, or playing a sport, do it together. This is an opportunity for you to share quality time together — time that sets itself apart from your professional and home life.

Stop Arguing:

Believe it or not, working out together can likely put a stop to your arguments (unless of course you’re both extremely competitive — in such a case, steer clear of competitive sports). Because both of you will likely develop more self-confidence through fitness, you will learn to find a balance, both sexual and psychological, in your lives together.

exercises to consider

Exercise For Couples

Cardio (endurance): Run, walk, jog, it doesn’t matter. Get your endurance up by performing cardiovascular exercise three or four times a week. This will ensure that you won’t tire each other out midway through your bedroom event.

Yoga (flexibility): Okay, so it doesn’t have to be yoga. You can simply stretch for 10 to 20 minutes a day. But your objective, nonetheless, is to improve flexibility so that you don’t get a cramp or pull a muscle during your adventurous romps.

Weightlifting (strength):
How are you going to lift her off her feet?? By lifting weights of course, ensuring upper body strength. And, ladies, SQUAT, get that bum looking good and he will love you forever 😉

So now that you know the secret to keeping the spark flickering, it’s time for you and your loved one to decide on the time, place and frequency that you’ll be exercising together.

Until next time, keep working it out for each other.
